Thanks for shopping with Helia Herra, we trust that your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations; but for any reason if it wasn't the exact thing that you were expecting, you may return the item(s) for a full refund.

For a full refund, all returned packages must be received within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Eligible returns must have all the attached tags and in the original box. Ineligible returns will go back to the sender at the purchaser's expense.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning the items to us.

We only ship a product after ensuring the quality of the materials, handcrafting process and all the hooks and clasps; however, in the rare case a defective merchandise is shipped, Helia Herra is happy to provide a replacement of the same style and size.

Although your purchase will hold up well over time under regular use, we also recommend that you properly maintain the items for additional longevity.
