What is Chiton?

Chiton is an innovative way of clothing which gets its luxury look from handcrafted jewelry. I got inspiration for designing Chiton from an ancient Greek way of clothing by the same name.

The ancient Greek Chiton was made by using the best fabrics and fixed on the body only with jewelry. In my version of Chiton, I tried to bring this beautiful, luxury idea into the 21st century by just making the jewelry part removable.

Do I need to dry clean my Chiton?

No. The significant feature of this design is that it doesn't need to be dry cleaned. Your Chiton created in the way that the jewelry part attached to the top with invisible hooks, so you have to just unattached the jewelry part from the top, wash your top at home and attach it again. 

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

No, there isn't any minimum order value, if your shipping address is in USA, we will send your order at no cost. (please review our shipping policies).

How can I use a promotion code?

We issue promotion codes according to our marketing campaigns. To use your promotion codes you have to enter it on the shopping cart checkout page when you want to complete your order. You can only use one code per purchase.  Codes are valid for a limited time only. If your promotion code doesn't work, please check whether it already used or expired.

How long will it take to process my order?

We will make your piece just for you so once you placed your order and accepted, please give us 3-4 business days to fulfill and ship your order.

Where do you make your products? 

We are honored to produce all of our products in the U.S. All the tops for Chiton line made exclusively for Helia Herra by our vendor in California. We handcraft the jewelry part for all our lines in our workshop in Sacramento, California.

Is it possible to track my delivery? 

As soon as I ship your package, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

How can I send back my purchase?

To return your online purchased product, you must just send us an email before shipping your package back, please refer to our refund policy.
